You are purchasing handmade Jewlery designed and created by hand. Slight imperfections are expected since each We are not responsible for scratches or chips. Jewlery that is plated or with certain finishes applied may age or wear back over time. Items may break or bend out of shape if mishandled. Over time your items my age gracefully due to exposure to sunline, this is perfectly natural for sliver plated items. If you are allergic to any items, we are not responsible.
Return Policy All items are refundable with in the 7 days. In the event you have to send something back, and I hope you don't , we will be happy issue a replacement item if their is a description error or problem in craftmanship. Shiping / handling are non refundable. Customer is responsible for returning shipping / handling cost. Prior to returning any items, you must contact me via email. mikalashells@outlook.com If your item arrives broken or damaged. Please attach a photograph and save them until additional steps on return process.
